Big River Psychology is a specialized clinic offering an array of services to support families that are seeking better understanding of psychologic, psychiatric, and genetic conditions. We offer neuropsychological and psychological testing, Autism evaluations, psychiatric evaluations, medication management services, and medical genetics evaluations.
Drs. Nixon and Haugen are child psychologists who conduct psychological evaluations, including Autism evaluations. Dr. Heather Zaluski is a child psychiatrist offering psychiatric services and medication management to children, teens, and young adults. Dr. Van Winkle is a neuropsychologist providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to the adult population. Dr. Sheehan is a family nurse practitioner who has specialized in genetics and provides medical genetics evaluations throughout the lifespan.
Big River Psychology also offers dyslexia remediation services. These 1-on-1 sessions are provided by a team of local teachers who have acquired additional training in dyslexia remediation.
