Big River Psychology is a mental health clinic specializing in neuropsychological and psychological testing, Autism evaluations, psychiatric evaluations and medication management services.
Drs. Nixon and Haugen are child psychologists who conduct psychological evaluations, including Autism evalutions. Dr. Heather Zaluski is a child psychiatrist offering psychiatric services and medication management to children, teens, and young adults.
As of Fall 2026, we are expanding our services to include neuropsychological evaluations for adults. Dr. Van Winkle is a neuropsychologist providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to the adult population.
Big River Psychology also offers dyslexia remediation services. These 1-on-1 sessions are provided by a team of local teachers who have acquired additional training in dyslexia remediation.
