Insurance & Payment

Insurances Accepted:
All of our clinicians accept the following insurances

  • Montana Medicaid

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

In addition, Dr. Zaluski accepts:

Private Pay 

In some situations, a family may chose private pay, for example, if the family's insurance is not one that our doctors accept, or there is a rush on a Neuropsychological Evaluation. 

Tranquil Forest Stream

Psychiatric services

Dr. Zaluski offers private pay services for families in situations where there is no insurance coverage.  A full psychiatric evaluation is $450, and follow up vists range from $300 - $350, depending on time and complexity.

River Rapids

Psychological Testing

Families may opt to private pay for a psychological evaluation.  The cost for a full neuropsychological evaluation is $2500.  IQ / gifted testing is $800, and Autism "ADOS only" testing is $1200.

Most private pay cases will be scheduled within 3 months.

Express Psychological testing

If rushed testing is needed, private pay patients can request express testing for an additional fee. Because Big River Psychology will not displace patients already on the waitlist, express cases may be requested to participate in evaluation services outside typical office hours or on weekends. You will be offered an intake within 3 weeks for EXPRESS testing/services. 

Cost of Express testing is $3500.
